Bought my girlfriend a salon package for her birthday, I'm not into women's fashion/beauty (I couldn't care less lol), or whatever it is they do to go to great lengths to be the beautiful women they are. I've sent her for salon/hair/color treatment/deep conditioning days plenty of time before- especially right there on Lefferts Blvd, but since Giorgio's (the best in the area for years) was sold, we were left having to find an alternative. So gave Aquarelle a shot.

I accompanied her to her appointment and the staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming! They treated her and all the other clients with close attentiveness.

Her hair came out beautiful, single process was perfectly even and natural looking. Thank you all very much.

I cant even begin to say how thankful I am for Rosa's blessed hands. Aquarelle sent me an email confirmation the day of my appointment. I arrive about 15 minutes early. Rosa introduced herself and asked me what I was looking for. I browsed through some books and showed her what I was looking for. She immediately had someone wash and deep condition my hair. Then she got started with her scissors! I'm very picky when it comes to my hair, I really don't like new people touching my hair. But Rosa kept the line of communication open. She asked me continuously what I wanted. After my hair cut, she blow dried my hair and even gave me a little curl at the end. It was close to closing time, but she didn't rush. First time client- After reading the reviews of this salon on Google, I decided to schedule an appointment yesterday. I needed to cut my long black straight hair, I wanted lots of layers and a fuller volume look. They did an amazing job, not all hair stylists can cut long hair, but Rosa did an excellent job. From the minute I got there I found that the service was excellent, I felt comfortable, they were all very kind, and they even offered me coffee/tea/water to drink. I came in here with no appointment and they took me in immediately. The front desk receptionist was very sweet and took my coat then led me to get my hair washed. After my wash, I was led by Elida who cut and blow dried my hair. Elida was excellent. She is very professional, sweet and a great conversationalist. While I was getting my hair dried, I got a hand massage by one of the employees there. I forgot her name, but it was very nice and unexpected. I think they only do this for first time customers.

1 week before going to Aquarelle I had just gotten a "balayage" at another hair center. I had two hair colors, one darker on top and another way lighter on the bottom. The colors were not blended in correctly and made me feel awful, I did not even want to wear my hair down.
When I first got to Aquarelle, Rosa and her team were very nice and made me feel confident I could trust them to fix my hair color. They helped me on selecting a color according my skin and personality.
Every single thing they did on me was tested first, once I saw the color on a small portion of hair and I confirmed I liked it, the colorist would move forward with changes on all of my hair.

First of all i have not been to a salon in a while because the recent places i've been to i left disappointed. So when my girlfriend recommended Aquarelle i decided to try it for myself. I've tried other salons in the area (Posh, Giorgio's) but was never impressed by them. I made an appointment and went for the first time last week for a blowout for a wedding reception that evening. I couldn't be happier that i chose Aquarelle. The receptionist is very friendly and I was lucky to have Rosa blow and style my hair. I showed her a pic of the dress and she knew exactly the type of style i needed. My hair is fine and usually pretty limp by the end of the night but Rosa knew how to style and curl and volumnize my hair and in the end i was very happy. For the first time in a long time i was happy with a blowout. I was so happy that i came back today one week later for another wash and blow. Same as last week the staff was friendly, pleasant and professional. The salon is clean and has good lighting and street parking is easy to find. I was searching on Yelp for a salon with excellent reviews when it came to the salon overall. I walked in with no appointment yesterday and I was immediately greeted by Rosa. She washed my hair and blew it out. Her technique is honestly amazing coming from a girl who has THICK CURLY HAIR. Absolutely love this place. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rosa is the best! She colored my hair and cut my hair. First time ever coloring my hair and she did an amazing job. This place is to please you and not their pockets. You definitely come first in this salon.

I came to this salon yesterday to get a haircut and single process color done and am so glad I did! Every person was genuinely kind and took the time to make sure they understood what it is that I wanted to have done. The salon itself was clean and visually appealing, but the people are what made the experience so positive. I am very picky with which salons I go to and this salon definitely matched my high standards. If you’re in need of your hair or nails being done this is the place to come to. Will be sure to come back next time I need something done! :)

They are amazing! I have been looking for a new place to get my hair done for quite some time now and finally found it, the customer service is flawless. The go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, the hairstylist knows what she's doing and she takes her time to listen to you and wants you to leave happy and satisfied with what shes done with your hair or she will keep trying.

I needed a haircut and color and was putting it off because I wanted to find the right place. Then I came across Aquarelle salon and I’m very glad I did! Everyone in the salon made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Rosa is a master colorist and went over the different shades that would look good against my skin. She listened to my concerns and wanted to make sure I would be pleased with the results. I loved how the color turned out! Next was the haircut and Rosa did it again. She’s a master with the scissors as well. I would recommend Aquarelle salon to anyone who wants professional results for color and cut, plus 5-star treatment!

First time client- After reading the reviews of this salon on Google, I decided to schedule an appointment yesterday. I needed to cut my long black straight hair, I wanted lots of layers and a fuller volume look. They did an amazing job, not all hair stylists can cut long hair, but Rosa did an excellent job. From the minute I got there I found that the service was excellent, I felt comfortable, they were all very kind, and they even offered me coffee/tea/water to drink. My full volume blow out looked fabulous, see my pic! I’m in Navy, long black hair.

Loved this salon! My hair was dry brittle and damaged and elida worked magic on my hair! She gave me the perfect cut and blow dry! The experience was very personal and the receptionist and stylists know what they are doing! I am extremely happy I found this salon!

I cant even begin to say how thankful I am for Rosa's blessed hands. Aquarelle sent me an email confirmation the day of my appointment. I arrive about 15 minutes early. Rosa introduced herself and asked me what I was looking for. I browsed through some books and showed her what I was looking for. She immediately had someone wash and deep condition my hair. Then she got started with her scissors! I'm very picky when it comes to my hair, I really don't like new people touching my hair. But Rosa kept the line of communication open. She asked me continuously what I wanted. After my hair cut, she blow dried my hair and even gave me a little curl at the end. It was close to closing time, but she didn't rush. She took her time and made sure I was 100% satisfied. It was a little rainy, so she even gave me shower cap to wall to my car with. If you're looking for someone to do your hair, choose AQUARELLE!

I felt like a celebrity from the moment I walked into this salon. The manager Rosa introduced herself to me, she had my coat checked in. Bina was so pleasant, I love the way she cut my hair and took her time to listen for what I was looking for and made sure I love the end result. It's definitely my new go to place. One stop-shop for Hairs, nails and skin care.

Love this place, first time going there and they did amazing, my hair looks wayyy better and healthy, thanks to Frank for cutting my hair exactly the way I asked, my hair is long and they cut it to still look the length colored it to perfecting and taking the time to consult with you. It is a bit pricier than I thought but they did great.

Bought my girlfriend a salon package for her birthday, I'm not into women's fashion/beauty (I couldn't care less lol), or whatever it is they do to go to great lengths to be the beautiful women they are. I've sent her for salon/hair/color treatment/deep conditioning days plenty of time before- especially right there on Lefferts Blvd, but since Giorgio's (the best in the area for years) was sold, we were left having to find an alternative. So gave Aquarelle a shot.

I accompanied her to her appointment and the staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming! They treated her and all the other clients with close attentiveness.

Her hair came out beautiful, single process was perfectly even and natural looking. Thank you all very much.
